and Exchange Procedure:
- Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number will be e-mailing to your email address after
you apply the RMA request. Please describe the problem(s)
in detail.
- Label the RMA# outside the
box, include the e-mail we send you and package the goods
in resalable condition and with the original materials.
- Please ship using
a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.
We recommend UPS or Fedex. 4Infinitech will not be responsible
for items lost by the carrier.
- When e-mailing for RMA status
check with your carrier that the package is received by
us and provide order number, RMA number and return tracking
number. All warranty items will be shipped via FedEx ground.

Return Policy
1. A copy of the
Original receipt is required for warranty repair service.
You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number before sending the product back to us. All returns without
RMA number will be Refused.
3. Customer is responsible for paying
the shipping charges to send the defective merchandise to 4Infinitech.com
inc.
4. CROSS-SHIPMENT: 4Infinitech.com
will ship replacement product before receiving the original defective
unit if and only if the customer agrees to pay for the replacement product.
The request must be made within 15 days from the date delivered by shipping
carrier .When the defective item is received, customer will be credited
for the the cross-shipped product. *If no defects are found after testing
the product, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged to the customer
. * A credit will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee. *
5. Unless specified, all products sold by
4Infinitech carry a manufacturer's warranty as outlined by the product's
manufacturer. 4Infinitech hereby gives notice to disclaim any and all product
liabilities arising from the sale of the product. Customer acknowledges
that 4Infinitech is only providing a service to handle any warranty claims
against a manufacturer and will not be held liable, tangible or non-tangible,
for any warranty loss or damage incurred by the customer.
Refund Policy
- A copy of the Original
receipt is required.
- No refund accepted
after 30 days from the invoice date. Merchandise needs to be received
by 4Infinitech . within 10 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Number is issued.
- A 15% restocking fee
is charged on all merchandise returned for refund. Warranty replacement
for defective product only.
- Incomplete returns
will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original
accessories, parts and packaging .
- All returns without
Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) will be refused.
